About Us

Dr. Jennifer Claman, MD.

I am a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with over 30 years of hands-on patient care experience. Throughout my career, I have performed more than 2,500 obstetrical deliveries, 3,000 gynecological surgeries, and over 10,000 patient encounters. In 2012, I led the effort to certify my medical center as a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Surgery and was an early member of The American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery.

In 2024, I served as a mentor for the Georgia Tech Biomedical Engineering Capstone Project, where one of my early prototypes was featured at the Georgia Tech Capstone Expo. Early in my career, I was recognized for my innate surgical skill and became a lead gynecological surgeon for one of the largest health maintenance organizations in the country. During this time, I also co-chaired the committee responsible for the selection and implementation of new surgical products.

My passion for improving women’s healthcare has always driven me to push biomedical companies to innovate. Through this work, I helped stimulate the development of several new technologies. However, I often found that large biotech and pharmaceutical companies were disconnected from both the real patient experience and the practical needs of providers.

To address this gap, I founded Gynovent—an innovation-driven space dedicated to advancing female health and wellness, grounded in a deep understanding of both patient experience and clinical practice. I also hold the trademark for HOMEOBIOTICS, a category of products designed to restore or maintain the body’s homeostasis through topical or internal applications, as well as several patents for innovative gynecological devices.

Andi Claman, Consultant

I am a full-time technology consultant specializing in public sector technology implementations. I support organizations in integrating emerging technologies, with a particular focus on generative AI, into existing workflows and processes. I work cross-functionally across teams to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver meaningful outcomes within complex environments.

As part of my technology consulting work, I regularly deliver presentations on emerging technologies to both virtual and in-person audiences. I am dedicated to helping organizations and individuals understand and harness the potential of generative AI and related advancements.

Earlier in my career, I developed expertise in digital strategy and environmental consulting. These experiences have informed my holistic, systems-based approach to organizational change and technology integration.

I hold a BA in Media Studies and a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to my consulting work, I am a certified yoga instructor with over two years of teaching experience and am currently pursuing certification as a health coach. I am passionate about mental and physical well-being, health equity, and the role technology can play in advancing these areas.

I lead the Media and Technology efforts at Gynovent, where I am proud to contribute to the organization’s mission through innovative digital strategy and content.
